Executive Assistant - 10 Month Maternity Cover

Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland · Chief Executive

Founded to change billions of lives, Ding is currently the fastest growing consumer tech company of scale in Ireland.

76% of the world’s five billion mobile phones are prepaid and a quarter of those are out of top-up. Lack of mobile access holds everything back. Families can’t stay connected, knowledge isn't shared, and new forms of e-commerce can’t be taken advantage of and therefore take longer to develop. This holds countries back, slowing economic development and curtailing living standards.

We have built the largest international mobile top-up platform that makes transferring top-up as frictionless as possible. We created the category which has given us unparalleled experience and have invested (and continue to do so) more than anyone else in improving the user experience.

A maternity leave 10 month contract position has now come up to support the CEO’s office of an international Tech top up company based in Dublin. This is an exciting and fast paced role in a fun filled office environment full of perks and benefits.

This role changes every day but here’s a sample at some of what you can expect to be doing;

  • Communicating with the team and clients on behalf of the CEO
  • Managing expense reports and financial administration
  • Preparing and organising internal and external meetings
  • Arranging travel for the CEO, Board of Directors and external clients
  • Organising events, conference and business meetings in Dublin and abroad
  • Managing all the CEO’s electronic devices – iPhone, iPad, Mac
  • Undertaking specific projects to assist the CEO
  • Requirements

    Some of things we expect in the successful applicant are:

Have experience working in a busy and varied role and display a high level of professionalism and discretion. Very strong inter-personal and organisational skills are key to this role along with good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. The successful applicant must flexible, helpful, quick learner, proactive and courteous.
